How to Set Up Automatic Credit Top Ups

This action can only be completed by admin users 

1. Select the person icon in the top right hand corner of your screen to access your Account Information 

2. Select "Billing"

3. Set a Threshold Amount and select "Save Changes." The auto top up will be triggered when your Medchart Credits Balance drops below this set threshold. 

4. Select "Add Credit Card Reload"

A credit card is required to set up the auto-top up. We do not support auto top up via other payment methods. 

5. Set your auto top-up amount. This amount will be added to your Medchart Credits Balance when the auto top up is triggered.

6. Add your credit card details.
