If your client informs you that they are receiving an error message (see screenshot below) when they try to sign the consent forms electronically, it is likely due to two reasons:
Error message the client will receive
1) Please inform your client to open the email link in a Google Chrome or Firefox browser as these browsers are most compatible with the Medchart platform.
2) Doublecheck that you have entered the correct date of birth for the client in their Medchart profile. Otherwise, when the client verifies their identity using their DOB before signing the consent forms and the DOB is incorrect, they will receive an error message.
