Unsupported Browsers

The great thing about Medchart is that it is a web-based service, so there's no need to purchase software to use it!

It is important to note, however, that Medchart was developed to be used on two web browsers - Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. We support all functions on these browsers and recommend their adoption and use by all our partners because of the security they offer.

We understand that some offices still use Internet Explorer but unfortunately due to the many issues inherent to this browser as well as its security flaws, Medchart was not developed to be used with it or similar browsers, such as Microsoft Edge. For people handling sensitive or personal materials (ex. medical records), it is not advisable to transfer these materials online using these browsers.

If you decide to use Medchart with Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge, you will encounter an error message when you try to log in. You will also be unable to see key information in our portal and have difficulty performing certain tasks. 

To avoid this, simply close the Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge browser you are using and open Chrome or Firefox to sign into your Medchart account.
