You can now view staff usage metrics under the Reports function, whereby, you can view the number of requests created per user and the number of requests assigned.
Please note this is an Admin feature only.
Follow the steps below :
1. Go to settings icon located on the top right hand corner, and select "Reports."
2. Once you are on the Reports tab, pick your date range then under Template select "Staff Users Usage Metrics."
3. A table will appear where you will now be able to view and filter through the following metrics: Staff User Name, Total Requests Created, Total Open Requests, Total Requests Assigned, Last Request Date, User Status.
