1. Click Clients.

2. Click New Client.

3. Identify whose consent will be used.

4. On the Register Client page, fill out the Personal Information as normal. When you get to the Health Card Jurisdiction tab, open the drop-down list and select Other from the options provided.

5. In the Health Card Number text box, write "No health card available" to indicate there is no number to provide.

6. Continue filling out the rest of the Personal Information and click Next. You will be able to finish client registration as normal.
