How to Re-Activate a Client Profile

Even after a client’s profile has been archived, you can still access it at any time. Additionally, if you need to restore an archived profile, you have the option to reactivate it. To reactive a client's profile, please follow these steps:  


1. Select the "Clients" tab on the left side of your portal.


2. Click the options drop down menu and select "View Archived Clients." 


3. Use the search bar to type your client's name. Click on their name in the table to navigate to their client profile.


4. Click the options drop down menu and select "Reactivate Client."
