1. Go to your client's profile.
2. Click Options and then click Consents.
3. The Consents table tracks when the Authorization forms were requested, when the client opened the request, and when the forms were signed and uploaded. You can check here to see if your client's authorizations still need to be approved.
If the Date Signed/Uploaded field shows "N/A," an authorization has not been uploaded.
