The following steps will show you how to add-on the Urgent Service to a request that has already been submitted.
1. Go to your client's profile. You can navigate to your client's page by entering their name in the Search bar at the top of the screen, or searching their name in your "Clients" tab on the left hand side of your portal.
2. Scroll down to the client's Request table and click the "Details" button of the request you need to mark as urgent. This will open the request details.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the Request Tracker/Events Section. From there, click the purple "Add-On Urgent Service" button located at the top of the events tab.
4. Read the disclaimer, then enter a Due Date and click Send to proceed with adding on the Urgent Service.
Please note that using the Urgent Service Add-On will incur an additional Medchart Urgent fee and pre-authorize up to $300 to be spent to cover the healthcare provider's invoice (and rush fee, if applicable). Any unused portion of the $300 will be refunded to you. If you are unsure whether you can spend up to $300 on a provider's invoice, please check with your admin team before adding this service.
5. Once you click "Send", our Urgent Team will be notified and proceed with following up on the request as per our Urgent Service Standards. If you have any questions about this service, please reach out to our Customer Support Team.
