Each of your requests has a unique Request ID Number that our team will reference in conversation with you or ask you to provide when you are asking for an update or follow up on a request.
If you are unsure of how to find your Request ID, you can do so by following these steps:
1. Go to your client's profile by entering your client's name or File Number in the search bar at the top of the screen and clicking on the client's name, once it appears.
2. Once you are on your clients profile, scroll to the bottom half of your client's profile. You will notice there is a Requests table which will show you the Request ID number for each of your requests.
That's it! That's how you can obtain the Medchart Request ID Number for your request.
