Each of your requests has an unique Request ID that our team will reference in conversation with you or ask you to provide when you are asking for an update or follow up on a request.
If you are unsure of how to find your Request ID, you can do so by going to you
1. Go to your client's profile by entering your client's name or File Number in the search bar at the top of the screen.
2. On the bottom half of your client's profile, there is a Requests table which will show you the Request ID number for each of your requests.
