You can duplicate a request if you require an updated set of records from the same provider, for the same client.
- Head into the Request Details page of the request you wish to duplicate.
- Select “Duplicate Request” in the top right-hand corner.
- Enter in the date range.
Our system will automatically set the "Start Date" to be the last day from the previous set of records.
Our system will automatically set the "End Date" to be today's date, however, you can change both of these fields.
You can also set a reminder for yourself if you wish to duplicate this request again in the future, and you will receive an email notification.
- Click “Duplicate.”
- Witness & Submit the new request.
