You can duplicate a request if you require an updated set of records from the same provider, for the same client.
Note: If you receive an error when trying to duplicate the request, this likely means the provider information has changed. In this case, you will need to place a new request.
To duplicate a request, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Request Details page of the request you wish to duplicate.
2. Select “Duplicate Request” in the top right-hand corner.
A disclaimer will pop up. Click "Continue" to proceed with duplicating the request. *If you are unable to click Continue, this means you will need to place a new request.*
3. Confirm provider details and enter the date range.
4. Click Duplicate.
5. Witness & Submit the new request.
