You can now transfer and re-assign multiple requests to another user all at once! Follow these steps below:
1. On the dashboard page select the filter option, and filter which requests you would like to re-assign to another user.
2. Once you have filtered the desired requests select the check boxes.
3. Under "Actions" located at the right side of the table , select " Reassign staff."
4. Lastly, select the staff that you would like to re-assign the requests to.
