The following steps will show you how to Change the Date Range on the Cover Page of the Downloaded Records
If you Select "To Present" when placing a request for records the "End Date" will automatically appear as the date the records were uploaded to the MedChart system.
However if you would like to change this date range after the records have been downloaded, you have the ability to do this via your portal.
Please follow these steps:
1. Under the "Records" section of the request tracker, please click the "Details" Button under the Action Table in the request tracker:
2. Then click the "Edit" Button:
3. From here you can change the End Date that appears on the cover page:
